Let's Face This Together

Each year, around 1 in 5 Australians experience a mental illness, with depression and anxiety among the most common. These conditions can affect mood, energy, focus, relationships, work, and physical health — sometimes all at once. The good news is that with the right support, recovery and meaningful change are absolutely possible.

If you or someone you care about is struggling, you are not alone. Reaching out is often the first and most important step toward hope, connection, and healing.

At NeuroNavigators, our practitioners bring extensive training and experience to supporting people across a wide range of anxiety and mood-related challenges — including depression, generalised anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, OCD, social anxiety, skin picking, hoarding, stress and overwhelm, procrastination, burnout, and mood changes linked to hormonal factors such as Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and menopause. If you don't see your experience listed here, reach out, chances are we can still help.

We believe you deserve to feel informed and confident about the support you receive. That's why we're open about the approaches we use, whether you arrive with a specific therapy in mind or simply want to know what to expect.

With that in mind, our practitioners draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Schema therapy

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapies

  • Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP)

  • Psychodynamic therapies

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • The Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT)
