What does "neurodivergent"
actually mean?
Neurodiversity describes the natural variation in how people think, learn, and process the world. At NeuroNavigators well believe that it's not a disorder! We believe that people who are neurodivergent are just wired differently. In Australia, roughly 1 in 7 people are neurodivergent, which includes people with ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and giftedness.
ADHD is one of the most recognised forms of neurodiversity and one of the most misunderstood. At its core, it's a different way of experiencing the world. Even though ADHD may come with genuine challenges with focus, organisation, and managing emotions. It often bring real creativity, energy, and an ability to think outside the box.

This workshop is an empowering and practical workshop designed to support individuals with ADHD and other neurodiverse experiences.
In these sessions, we will explore how attention, organisation, decision-making, and emotions shape daily life, while learning strategies to harness strengths, build resilience, and create supportive routines.
Together, we will celebrate neurodiversity and develop tools to thrive with confidence and clarity.
